101 $105 for 3 sessions Ages 15 and up Instructor - Kim Woods If you are a beginning knitter who would like to learn all of the basics, then this is the class for you. In this 3 session class, you will learn how to cast on, do a knit stitch, cast off, and weave in ends. Throughout, you will be provided with tips for getting used to your needles and producing a polished piece of work. The product of your efforts will be a soft, comfy scarf that you can proudly display as your own creation. No prior experience is required for this course. Whether you've attempted knitting before or have never touched knitting needles, this class will help you to become a confident knitter in no time! Materials Required for Class 2 Skeins bulky weight yarn 1 Set of straight wooden knitting needles, size 9-11 Needle (Read your yarn label and purchase the recommended size of needle.) Scissors Please Check Back for Fall Dates! Terms & Conditions: Cancellations. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the first class meeting are eligible for refund or credit. The beehive reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than two students enroll. Private Sessions. If a class is canceled due to lack of registration, students will be given the opportunity to attend the class as a private session for a $25 upcharge fee. Or, the student has the option to attend a future session where additional dates will be provided. |
