|
Tim Boyd grew up just outside
the city of Atlanta in a town that was forbidden to dance. So,
obviously, the next best thing was drawing. He began drawing
cartoons on everything he could find as a form of self-expression.
These ragged illustrations earned him a place in his college
newspaper. Freelance opportunities helped pay for his formal
training at the University of Georgia and The Portfolio Center.
Eventually, through the use of acrylics and inks, he led his people
to revolt against the evil mayor. He brought music and the spirit of
happiness to the land once more. After the reclamation of dance, there was not much else to do in this town. The people no longer needed him. He found a wonderful woman, settled down, and together began to raise their beautiful son and daughter. Tim began showing his work in galleries across the southeast and selling his creations around the world. He is working on publishing a childrens book and hopes to spread the joy of laughter throughout the land by way of all types of printed media. |
